ALD Contract Checklists

These are a series of checklists to be used when agreeing contracts, deal memos and letters of agreement.   

For improved mutual clarity, appropriate conditions and terms are suggested in these checklists such as hours/days of work, working conditions, expenses admin, travel, accommodation and subsistence payments, billing and payment , illness or absence arrangements etc.  The ALD suggests that all members check proposed contracts with managements, producers, venues etc. and, if required and appropriate, request that applicable items in the checklists are incorporated into the final written agreements.
